Toepasselijkheid
De huur- & boekingsvoorwaarden worden te allen tijde ter hand gesteld middels een bijlage bij de betreffende email met het boekingsformulier.
De huur- & boekingsvoorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle boekingen die tot stand zijn gekomen via Jan Thiel Holiday Rentals (JTHR BV.). In geval verhuurder eigen huurvoorwaarden heeft zullen deze in aanvulling op de huur- & boekingsvoorwaarden ter hand gesteld worden.

Applicability
The rental & booking conditions are made available at all times by means of an attachment to the relevant email with the booking form.
The rental & booking conditions apply to all bookings made through Jan Thiel Holiday Rentals. If the landlord has its own rental conditions, these will be provided in addition to the rental & booking conditions from Jan Thiel Holiday Rentals.
